Inspired by a pinecone I found while on a roadtrip through Northern California. I liked how the cone look so full of life, bursting open, flaring outward.

I created Pinecone by hand-carving my design into a block of linoleum. I then rolled ink onto the lino by hand, and used a manual etching press to hand-crank the lino & paper through to make the print.

Printed one at a time on recycled/hemp paper with eco-friendly oil based inks. Hand inking techniques create unique prints, each one an original. Photos are representative of the print you will receive.
